摘要
以黄瓜易感白粉病品种长春密刺为材料,研究了硅对黄瓜叶片质外体中抗氧化酶活性的影响及对白粉病的抑制效果。结果表明,诱导接种后,质外体中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、过氧化物酶(POD)及脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶(DHAR)活性显著升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性明显降低;加硅显著提高了APX,SOD,POD和DHAR的活性,降低了CAT活性。施硅诱导接种后,病情指数明显低于不加硅处理。经电镜扫描分析显示,诱导接种后,未加硅酸盐的叶片布满浓密的菌丝体及分生孢子团,经硅酸盐处理的叶片上仅有松散的菌丝或者没有菌丝分布。
A cucumber eultivar (Changchunmici), susceptible to powdery mildew, was used for studying the effects of silicon on the activities of antioxidative enzymes in apoplast, and the inhibitoly effects on powdery mildew. The results showed that the activities of catalase (CAT), ascorbate peroxidase (APX), peroxidase(POD) and dehydroascorbate (DHAR) in apoplast of cucumber leaf inoculated with Sphaerothecafuliginea were significantly increased, but the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) was obviously decreased; Silicon can remarkably increase the activities of APX, SOD, POD and DHAR and decrease the activity of CAT. So the disease index was significantly decreased by spraying silicon, The electron microscope scanning results showed that dense mycelia and eonidial colonies were observed on the leaves of non K2SiO3-applied plants, while loosened mycelium or no mycelium on the leaf surface of K2SiO3-applied plants.
