摘要 传统炉内燃烧技术更注重系统结构参数(包括炉膛),使炉内节能减排开发裕度不大。双尺度燃烧系统是对炉内三场特性从空间(结构参数)和过程(边界与初始参数)进行双尺度优化。详细介绍了双度燃烧系统的发展历程及技术特点,该系统的实施大大提高了非线性炉内系统在防渣、稳燃、低NOx功能上稳定性改善,有利于实现节能减排潜力的深度开发。 The furnace system construction parameters ( including furnace) tend to be more emphasized in the traditional combustion technology in furnace, so that the developing potential of energy saving and pollution reduction is confined to a lower level. In the two-scale combustion system, 3-field characteristics in furnace are two-scale optimized from space( construction parameters) and process( boundary and initial parameters). The developing process and the technical characteristics of the two-scale combustion system were introduced in detail. The stability of slag- ging prevention, combustion and low NOx in nonlinear furnace system is greatly improved by implement of this system, and the deep development of energy saving and pollution reducing potential was realized.
