摘要
针对川东北地区天然气井非常规的井身结构,及存在高温、高压和富含H2S、CO2等酸性气体的突出问题,优选新型防腐材料,并应用气密封螺纹技术,采用了液缸活塞一体化结构及双液缸双锥体结构,开发了系列非常规尾管悬挂器,其结构更加新颖,尺寸更加紧凑,且具有更大的过水面积和更强的悬挂能力。台架试验结果表明,该悬挂器的悬挂能力和密封能力均能满足该地区复杂条件下尾管固井要求。防腐型系列尾管悬挂器目前已在川东北地区推广应用了48套,坐挂成功率优于国外同类产品。以元坝1侧1井为例介绍了其现场应用情况。
Considering the challenges in Northeast Sichuan area caused by unconventional casing schematics, HTHP, high H2S and CO2 contents etc. , a series of special liner hangers have been developed using new corrosion resistance material, employing gas-tight thread along with an integrated cylinder-piston mechanism and double cylinder double cones structure. The newly developed hangers have unique structure, larger bypass area and bigger hanging capacity. The success ratio is higher than that from oversea, the application in Well Yuanba-l-Cel was introduced.
