摘要
在水平井、大位移井及小井眼井等井中,常规尾管悬挂器在使用中会出现入井困难、过流面积受限及承载能力偏低等问题。鉴于此,研制了NYSSX-C型内嵌卡瓦液压丢手式尾管悬挂器。该悬挂器改传统悬挂器卡瓦与锥体之间直接楔形的受力方式为周向受力的复合受力方式,并同时具备液压丢手和机械丢手功能,可靠性和适应性更强。现场应用结果表明,该尾管悬挂器下套管及送入钻具连续顺利,摩阻正常;坐挂、丢手、憋通球座全部通过憋压控制实现,压力明显;坐挂前后循环排量、压力几乎无变化,各项施工技术指标全部达到预定值。
There appear running difficulty, open area restriction, low setting reliability and low bearing capaci- ty with the conventional liner hanger in its service process in horizontal wells, highly deviated wells, slim-hole wells and wells with liner heavy load and string running diffieuhy. Therefore, Model NYSSX - C slip-embedded hy- draulic release liner hanger was developed. The hanger changes from the load-carrying mode of direct wedge be- tween slip and cone of traditional banger to that of compound circumferential stress. It has the functions of hydraulic and mechanic release, thus is safer and more reliable. The application in Well CB602 of Shengli Oilfield shows that the continuous easing tripping and drilling tool running by means of the hanger are smooth and the frictional resist- ance is normal. Setting, releasing and pressure-building of ball seat are achieved through control of building the pressure. All operating technological indexes have reached the expected value.
