摘要
采用钛酸酯、铝酸酯和铝钛复合偶联剂对木粉进行表面处理,研究对木粉/PVC复合材料综合性能的影响。SEM电镜扫描发现,铝钛复合偶联剂OL-AT1618能促进木粉在PVC基体中均匀分散,改善两相界面相容性,从而显著提高复合材料的物理力学性能和加工性能。
The surface of wood flour was modified by three coupling agents. Titanate, Aluminate, and A1-Ti, respectively. The effects these coupling agents had on mechanical and rheological properties in wood-plastic composites were investigated. Scanning Electron Microscopy was used to analyze the effects of surface modification. The results showed that the A1-Ti compound improved the dispersion of the wood flour in the polymer matrix resulting in substantial improvement in the mechanical strength of the composites. The manufacturing process was also improved by adding Al-Ti compound coupling agent to the mixture. However, modification of wood flour with the coupling agents had insignificant effects on flexural modulus of the composites.
