催化裂解合成N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺新工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)是一种重要的精细化工产品,目前其在诸多领域得到日益广泛的应用.研究了以3-(N,N-二甲氨基)-N,N-二甲基丙酰胺(DMDA)为原料,通过筛选不同的酸为催化剂,催化裂解合成DMAA的新工艺.重点考察了催化剂及其用量、反应温度、反应压力、反应时间等工艺参数对反应转化率的影响,并优化选择了较优工艺参数组合:催化剂质子酸B质量分数为2%,反应温度180℃,反应时间4 h,反应压力47 880 Pa.裂解反应收率达84.2%. N,N-dimethylpropanamide (DMAA) is one of important fine chemicals widely used in many application fields. DMAA was synthesized using 3-(dimethylamino)-N,N-dimethyl-propanamide (DMDA) as a raw material and proton acid B as a catalyst. The effects of main reaction conditions on the conversion of DMAA were examined. The optimum process parameters were selected as follows: proton acid B concentration was 2%, reaction temperature was 180℃, pressure was 47 880 Pa, and reaction time was 4 h. The yield of the product DMAA was 84.2% under the above conditions.
