摘要
经过长期的摸索和实践,国际奥委会与时俱进,积极创立了青少年奥林匹克运动会。青奥会的创立丰富了奥林匹克教育体系,健全了奥林匹克教育制度。作为其存在的基础,青奥会必须体现出其教育价值。2010年青奥会的首次举办将充分体现出它的巨大意义及其对奥林匹克运动的影响。
Through a long period of exploration and practice, the International Olympic Committee advanced with the times and actively created a youth Olympic Games. Youth Olympic Games enriched the creation of the Olympic education system, improved the Olympic education system. As the basis for its existence, Youth Olympic Games must reflect its educational value. 2010 Youth Olympic Games will be held for the first time, and it will give full expression to the enormous significance and the impact of the Olympic games.
