摘要
党的十七大提出:要坚持社会主义先进文化前进方向,兴起社会主义文化建设新高潮。和谐文化是全体人民团结进步的重要精神支撑。大学作为培养人才的特殊文化组织,是保存、传承、传播和创造先进文化的重要场所。大学的和谐文化建设对弘扬和发展社会主义先进文化起着重要的引领和推动作用。如何把构建大学和谐文化的落脚点更有效地针对进一步做好大学生的教育管理工作,为建设创新型国家和全面建设小康社会,培养和提供高质量的人力资源,乃是当今大学所肩负的重要社会历史责任。
According to the 17th Conference of CPC, we will insist in representing the orientation of China＇ s advanced culture and raising the new wave of building Socialistic Culture. Harmonious Culture is the important spiritual support for the consolidation and progress of all the people. As an important organization for educating talents, universities play a significant role in conserve, communicate and create advanced culture. Thus, building harmonious culture in universities will be very necessary for furthering and developing China＇ s advanced culture. How to create a harmonious university cultural environment and then bring up more qualified graduates for our country, which is in the period of innovation？ Improving our education management in a better and effective way is the major historical and social responsibility that our universities are holding now.
