摘要
采用高温热解法,以硼氢化纳/乙二胺(NaBH4/C2H8N2)饱和溶液为前驱液在沉积有铁催化剂的硅基底上生长硼碳氮(BCN)纳米管.利用扫描电子显微镜、高分辨率透射电子显微镜、扫描俄歇微探针和拉曼光谱对BCN纳米管进行形貌观察和表征.BCN纳米管的高度在20μm左右,直径在50-100 nm之间,具有明显的“竹节状”结构,结晶有序度较差.对BCN纳米管薄膜进行低场致电子发射性能测试,开启电场1.8 V/μm,外电场升至2.48 V/μm时发射电流170μA/cm2,当外加电场大于5.5 V/um时,可以观察到发射点均匀分布的场致电子发射图像.
The boron carbonitride (BCN) nanotubes has been grown on Si substrates with Fe catalysts deposition in the pioneer saturated solution of NaBH4/C2H8N2, Under scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), Auger electron spectroscopy (AES) and Rarnan spectroscopy, BCN has been watched and described. BCN is about 20μm in length and 50-100nm in diameter with obvious bamboo-like structure and worse crystallinity, Field emission performance test of BCN indicated that the turn-on field is 1.8 V/μm, and 170μA/sq.cm at 2,48 V/μm of the out electro field. The emission point of the image is seen uniform when the electric field is above 5,5 V/um.
