摘要
自我国提出建设创新型国家的目标以来,创新型人才培养再次成为人们关注的焦点。创新型人才培养是一个系统工程,除了各种主观因素外,环境,尤其是高校内部环境建设,在其中发挥着不可或缺的重要作用,从校内管理体制创新这一视角,对高等教育创新型人才培养的内部环境建设进行探讨意义重大。
