摘要
由于我国经济政治体制改革,劳动力市场发生重大改变,大学生的就业受到前所未有的挑战,这是近几年来教育研究的一个热点问题。本研究在构建社会主义和谐社会的背景下,通过实证研究,了解辽宁省师范类大学毕业生的择业基本状况:(1)师范院校大学生对择业准备不充分;(2)毕业生选择职业的主要标准还是经济收入的高低和是否符合个人的兴趣爱好;(3)不同院校、专业的大学生在择业心理与人格特质相关方面基本相似,没有显著差异。据此提出相关策略,希望能为解决大学生就业问题提供帮助。
Nowadays, because of the reform of the economic and political system, a significant change happened in the labor market, and the employment of college students is facing unprecedented challenges, which is a hot issue in the field of education in recent years. In the context of building a socialist harmonious society, empirical studies by the research paradigm find out the career orientation of the basic conditions of normal university graduates in Liaoning： （a） from the perspective of psychological preparation, normal students were not well-prepared for careers; （b） the main criteria of choice are the pursuit of high income level and the fitness to personal interests and hobbies and （c） the career-choosing psychology and personalities of the students in different institutes and different majors are similar. Based on this, this thesis comes up with corresponding strategy, which is helpful to solve the problem of the employment of college students.
