氢化物发生-高频感耦等离子体原子发射光谱分析中干扰的研究 被引量:19

摘要 本文详细地研究了共存元素对氢化物发生的干扰及硫脲+抗坏血酸和硫脲+草酸两种混合络合剂对干扰的消除或减轻作用。并用实验方法测定了几种金属离子被硼氢化钾还原所产生的沉淀物质的组成比。还对基体元素产生的光谱干扰作了讨论。 Interference of co-existent elements on hydride generation and its elimination methods werte studied. Ni, Co, Cu, pb exhibited severe interference on hydride generation. Interference of Ni^(2+), Co^(2+) , Cu^(2+), could be effectively eliminated or reducred by use of thiourea/ascorbic acid or thiourea/oxalic acid. Precipitates formed by Ni^(2+), Co^2, Fe^3, Cu^(2+) in hydride generation reaction were analyzed by ICP-AES and X-ray diffraction methods. Precipitates of Ni and Fe were mixtures of metal and boride, and that of Cu was CuCl. Composition of Co precipitate could not be determined because of its non-crystal state. The spectral interference of co-existent elements on analytes was investigated. It was necessary to correct the spectral interference in some cases。
