摘要
啤酒废酵母作为啤酒生产排放的主要废弃物,核糖核酸的含量高达4.5%~8.3%,搞好综合利用具有重要的意义。提出了浓盐法与稀碱法相结合即弱碱盐法提取核糖核酸的工艺技术路线,酵母中核糖核酸的提取率达到90%以上,样品的纯度达到90.3%.
The content of ribonucleic acid in the brewer's yeast reaches as high as 4.5%-8.3%. As the main waste emission in beer production, it is of vital significance in terms of the raw material to produce the nucleic acid and nucleoside drugs. This paper proposed combination of two methods of treatments with high concentration of salt and thin alkaline to extract ribonucleic acid from brewer's yeast, technology. Extraction rate soared up to more than 90% together with purity of 90.3 %.
