摘要
利用热等离子弧熔覆装置在Q235钢表面熔覆Stellite Ni60合金粉末。在一定的熔覆工艺参数下可获得低稀释率的熔覆层,并且熔覆层与基体达到冶金结合。利用电子显微镜、XRD、电子探针等测试仪器对熔覆层的组织结构、化学成分进行了分析研究。结果表明,热等离子弧是熔覆处理中较为理想的加热源。
The cladding layer of Stellite Ni60 alloy powder has been prepared on Q235 steel with thermal plasma arc equipment.On certain cladding parameters non-diluent cladding layer has been obtained.The layer's compositions and structure have been analyzed by SEM,XRD,EDAX testing.The experimental results showed that the thermal plasma arc cladding is an environment friendly technique for metal surface modification.
