摘要
介绍了一种基于CAN现场总线技术以MC9S12DJ128为控制核心的智能电动执行器。在对控制系统的发展趋势和CAN总线技术进行论述的基础上,对系统进行了硬件电路和软件程序的设计。选用16位A/D转换器,提高了系统的转换精度。采用了串级控制算法和模糊控制,提高了系统的可靠性、实时性和智能性。
Develops a CAN bus intelligent electric actuator based on microcontroller- MC9S12DJ128. The trend of control system and the introduction of CAN bus is discussed. The hardware circuit and the software program are designed. In order to improve conversion precision, select 16- bits converter. Adopt cascade PID control algorithm and fuzzy function of MC9S12DJ128. The reliability, real- time and intelligence of the actuator are improved.
