Planetary gear is an important component of the reducers. The planetary gear need grinding to ensure the accuracy in transmission. Grinding surplus is reduced by controlling heat treatment of the workpiece. This not only satisfies the requirements of grinding, but also reduces the time significantly to guarantee great production efficiency.
