摘要
采用CO2+NH3气氛对40Cr和42CrMoA钢曲轴进行氮碳共渗正交试验,确定了钢曲轴优化的工艺参数,该工艺与原乙醇+NH3氮碳共渗工艺比较,钢曲轴的组织和疲劳性能无明显差异,但新工艺比原工艺更经济。
The optimized atmosphere for 40Cr and process parameters were determined by the orthogonal test of nitrocarburizing under CO2 + NH3 42CrMoA steel crankshaft. Compared with the original nitrocarburizing process under C2H5OH + NH3 atmosphere,the new nitrocarburizing process under the CO2 + NH3 atmosphere showed no obvious differences in the microstructure and fatigue properties of the steel, but is more economical.
