摘要
阐述了知识经济时代的图书馆,人力资源管理与图书馆管理的关系,及人力资源管理的现状及存在的问题,提出了图书馆人力资源管理的新理念。
This paper expatiated the relationship between human resources management and library manage-ment, as well as the present situation and the existing problems of human resources. It put forward a new concept of library human resources management.
