阐述了关于国有煤炭企业组织结构变革中的有关配套措施,包括全面落实企业主辅分离改革政策、建立完善相应的管理制度、人才队伍建设的相应跟进、合理确定相应的变革步骤、采取相应的阻力应对措施。
This paper expounds some relevant supporting measures in the transformation of the organizational structure, which include the complete implementation of the reform policy of separating secondary lines of business from core business, the establishment and perfection of the corresponding management system, the construction of the team of talents, the rational determination of corresponding reform procedures, and the adoption of corresponding measures for dealing with the resistance.
