新型深井离心泵叶轮内部流动的研究 被引量:5

摘要 深井离心泵在机井内工作,其外径受井径的限制,为了解决原有的设计方法难以充分地利用有限的空间来进一步提高单级扬程的问题,采用自主创新的极大扬程设计法,成功研制出了100SJB8新型深井离心泵,测试结果表明该泵的单级扬程提高了50%,而且效率超过国家标准9.8%。同时,通过CFD对100SJB8型井泵叶轮内部流场的计算,验证了通过适当加大叶轮前盖板外径以提高单级扬程、减小后盖板外径以实现过流通畅的这一设计思想的正确性。最后通过CFD计算结果与实测结果的比较也充分证明了极大扬程设计法在提高扬程和效率上的优越性。 To overcome the difficulty that deep well pump diameter is restricted by the well diameter and the disadvantage of the old design which can' t utilize the space to develop the head,by head maximum approach,a new type 100SJB8 was developed which raised the head by 50% and raised the efficiency by 9.8% in the test. The method to raise the head by enlarging the front shroud diameter and the method to keep the good flow performance by reducing the back shroud diameter are confirmed by the flow calculation in 100SJB8 with CFD. At last, the advantage of head maximum approach in raising head and efficiency can be fully proved by the comparison of CFD and testing.
