摘要
为了降低井泵的生产成本,提出了一个新型系列井泵的型式与基本参数,在结构上采用拉杆把一台泵的所有泵体同时联结起来的形式,代替QJ型系列井用潜水泵和JC型系列长轴深井泵的每个泵体之间分别用螺栓固定联结的型式,同时加大了叶轮直径;在性能指标方面,新型系列井泵的单级扬程比相同井径、相同流量规格的QJ型系列和JC型系列井泵的单级扬程高50%以上,水泵效率高于三个相关标准《井用潜水泵》、《长轴离心深井泵效率》和《离心泵效率》规定的指标。新型系列井泵的生产成本比旧系列井泵降低三分之一,明显增强了市场竞争力。
To reduce the cost of wall pump producing,the type and basic parameters of a new series of well pumps were put-forward.The distinct difference of the series of well pumps from traditional QJ type of submersible well pump and JC type of long axial deep well pump in structure is that a group of link-sticks were used to directly link all the pump parts in the new series of well pump,but in QJ and JC type of well pump many group of bolts ware used to successively link pump parts.With larger impeller the single stage water head of the new type of well pump increased more than 50% and its efficiency is above of the standards of related prescriptions,such as Submerged Well Pump,Long Axial Deep Well Pump,and Efficiency of Centrifugal Pump.And the cost of the new type pump is decreased by 1/3,thus the ability in market competition is enhanced.
