摘要
目的了解单点和多点脉冲激光照射兔肝组织的作用。方法用DIAMED激光仪在兔肝内进行单点和多点脉冲激光照射,观察单点、多点脉冲激光在肝组织内形成凝固坏死灶的形态和变化规律。结果单点、脉冲激光形成的凝固坏死灶随功率和脉宽增大而增大,脉冲数达10次后坏死灶的增大明显变慢。连续多点、脉冲激光照射形成的是一条圆柱状的凝固坏死,其直径随功率和脉宽的增加而增加。结论连续多点、脉冲激光照射在兔肝组织内可以形成一个圆柱状坏死带,其大小、形态与门静脉癌栓相似,激光消融有单引入到门静脉癌栓的治疗中。
Objective To explore the effects of single or multiple points pulse laser on rabbit liver tissues.
Methods Laser generated by DIAMED laser generator was released in the rabbit liver in vivo with single or multiple points pulse laser. The morphology and degree of the coagulated necrosis were documented after single or multiple points pulse laser.
Results The area of the coagulated necrosis zone enlarged with the power and pulse-length of the pulse laser enhanced, however this trend was lowered significantly when the number of pulsation reached 10 times. The pulse laser produced a cylinder of coagulated necrosis zone and the diameter of the cylinder increased with the power and pulse-length of the laser enhanced.
Conclusions The continuous multiple points pulse laser produces a regular cylinder of coagulated necrosis zone at a given range of power and time in liver tissue, its range and morphology are similar to the portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT). Laser ablation might be used in the treatment of PVTT.
