摘要
本文对X射线相干散射与非相干散射强度比进行蒙特卡罗模拟,模拟结果与实验测定符合较好。
The calculation of the X-ray coherent-to-incoherent scattered intensity ratio by the Monte Carlo method is reported. There is a good agrre-ment between the measured and the calculated values.
