摘要
采用Gleeble-3500热模拟实验机进行了403Nb钢的高温热压缩实验,并对其流变应力进行了研究。实验结果表明,温度在1100℃~1150℃,应变速率在0.01s-1~0.1s-1时,403Nb钢在热压缩实验中发生了明显的动态再结晶;用Zener-Hollomon参数的双曲对数函数能较好的描述403Nb钢的流变行为;经回归得到了403Nb钢峰值应力σP的表达式和热变形激活能Q值。
The hot compression experiment of 403Nb was carried out using Gleeble-3500, and its flow stress was also investigated. Under the experimental temperature from 850℃ to 1150℃ and strain rate from 0. 01s^-1 to 10s^-1. The results show that the dynamic recrystallization of 403Nb occurs obviously when the comepression temperature is from 1100℃ to 1150℃ and strain rate is from 0. 01s^-1 to 0. 1s^-1. The flow stress of 403Nb steel can be represented by a Zener-Hollomon parameter in the hyperbolic logarithm type equation. The regressed peak stress expression σp and the hot deformation activation energy Q of 403Nb steel during hot compression are concluded.
