摘要
采用SEM、金相、Gleeble 3800观察和分析了TGOG13Cr-1超级马氏体不锈钢在不同热处理制度下的组织转变和力学性能的变化情况。试验结果表明,TGOG13Cr-1室温下的显微组织为低碳回火马氏体,其Ac1为720℃、Ac3为860℃、Ms为281℃、Mf为157℃;在相同的淬火温度和回火工艺下,采用水淬较空冷更容易实现对力学性能的控制;随着回火温度的升高,合金的强度、硬度越低,塑性、韧性越好。
By using SEM, optical microscope and Gleeble 3800, the microstructure and mechanical properties of TGOG13Cr-1 super martensitic stainless steel were studied. The result showed, that the microstructure of TGOG13Cr-1 at room temperature is low-carbon tempering martensite,with Acl 720 ℃,Ac3 860 ℃, Ms 281℃and M1 157 ℃ ;For same quenching temperature and tempering process, the mechanical properties are easier to control by water quenching than by air quenching; the higher the tempering temperature, the lower the strength and hardness, and the better the plasticity and toughness are.
