摘要
目的分析高颈段椎管内肿瘤瘤体切除、内固定植骨融合的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2004年1月～2007年1月收治的高颈段椎管内肿瘤8例患者的临床资料、随访结果,分析其术后疗效。结果本组患者术后随访平均17个月,无1例死亡。8例患者中,7例术后症状体征消失、生活自理,1例术后无明显改善。无切口感染、内固定松动断裂发生,术后随访X线片见植骨均骨性融合。结论高颈段椎管内肿瘤行瘤体切除后,一期采用椎弓根螺钉内固定,可以即时稳定脊柱,有利于术后康复。
Objective To explore the treatment results of tumors of the craniocervical junction and superior cervical spinal canal. Methods The surgical treatment of remove tumors and internal fixation by pedical screws were performed in 8 patients with tumors of the craniocervical junction and superior cervical spinal canal. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results The tumors were total removed in all of the 8 cases. There was no operative mortality. No complications occurred due to the operation.The average postoperative following-up time were 17 months,7 cases got good recovery, one cases with no postoperative recovery in the follwing-up time. Conclusion The remove of tumors and internal fixation by pedical screws system in the treatment of tumors of the craniocervical junction and cervical spinal canal can got good recovery and high total removal ratio.
