摘要
工程项目风险是由工程项目的技术经济特点决定的,加强项目风险管理有利于顺利实现项目目标。文章论述了控制论原理以及控制类型,并对如何在风险管理中运用控制方法进行了一些思考。
Technical and economical characteristics decide the risks in engineering projects, it＇ s easy to achieve project goals through risk management.This paper elaborates the cybernetic principles as well as the control types, and gives some thoughts about how to carry on the control methods in the risk management.
