摘要
从追溯中国学校体育健康教育的历史入手,采用文献资料法、历史分析法等研究方法对学校体育"健康第一"进行了认真研究,揭示了"健康第一"是学校体育的核心理念."健康第一"是学校体育"以人为本"宗旨的本质体现,同时"健康第一"也揭示了学校体育的根本目标.针对学校体育目前所面临的问题以及未来的发展提出了改革性的建议.
This thesis has traced back the history of health education and used the study methods such as literature, historical analysis. This article unscrambles the twoconcepts ＂idea＂and＂healthfirst＂, thus concludes that＂health first＂is the core idea in school sports education. This article mainly expresses the idea that＂ health first＂ is the essence manifest of sports＂humanist＂objective. It also emphasizes the harmony in school P. E. Thus,this idea has revealed the PE sports basic goal. Based on facing problems and future development, some reform suggestions are put forward.
