摘要
“健康第一”是学校体育的核心理念。“健康第一”是学校体育“以人为本”宗旨的本质体现;“健康第一”倡导追求知识与满足情感的归一;“健康第一”强调学校体育讲求和谐;“健康第一”彰显了学校体育的基本目标。
By using literature material sand the logic analysis method, this article unscrambles the two concepts ＂idea＂ and ＇＂ health first＂, thus concludes that ＂health first＂ is the core idea in school sports education.This ＇article mainly expresses the idea that ＂health first＇is the essence manifests of sports ＂humanist＂ objective. ＂Health First＂ is combined knowledge pursuit with emotional satisfaction. It also emphasizcs the harmony in school PE. Thus, this idea has revealed the PE sports basic goal.
