摘要
采用溶液反应法和高温固相反应法合成了KA1F4基质化合物及KA1F4∶Ce,Tb磷光体,测定了磷光体的激发光谱和发射光谱,研究了在碱金属氟铝酸盐基质中Ce3+对Tb3+的能量传递,根据Ce3+、Tb3+在KAlF4中的能级关系。
Matrix KA1F 4 was prepared through reaction of mixtures of solution K 2CO 3 upon certain solution of Al(OH) 3 plus HF(40%),dehydrating at 100℃ and annealing for 48hr at 450℃.A series of KA1F 4:Ce,Tb phosphors were synthesized by a solid reaction method.Their excitation and emission spectra have been investigated.It was observed that Ce 3+ can effectively sensitize Tb 3+ in KA1F 4,so as to enhance the emission of Tb 3+ significantly.KA1F 4:Ce,Tb might be a new high efficient green emitting phosphor.
