摘要
MMB1320B型外圆磨床采用液压系统和电气控制方式驱动以实现工作台和砂轮架的动作,本文对其电气控制方式加以改造,用PLC软件取代继电器控制系统中大量的中间继电器、时间继电器等以实现液压系统的PLC控制,从而达到节能增效的目的。
MMB1320B-type cylindrical grinder applies hydraulic pressure Systematic and electricity-control-mode drive to realize the motion of the working table and emery wheel rack.. This article improves the method of electricity control and uses PLC soft ware instead of a large amount of centre relay and time relay of relay control system to realize the control of hydraulic pressure so that we can save energy and enhance efficiency.
