摘要 搅拌摩擦焊(friction stir welding简称FSW)是一种利用高速旋转的搅拌头与工件摩擦产生的热量,使被焊材料局部塑化的新型固相连接工艺。它可以对多种熔化焊接性差的有色金属等材料进行可靠的连接,而且连接工艺简单,有较好的工艺适应性。对2A12铝合金进行搅拌摩擦试验,研究了搅拌摩擦焊缝孔洞和沟槽缺陷,分析了这类缺陷的形成和影响因素。 Friction stir welding (FSW) is a new solid welding technique, which makes use of the heat to intenerate the local material when the high-rotating welding tool cut in the work piece. It can join many materials reliably which are difficult to weld by using conventional fusion techniques. The process of FSW is simple with well applicability. This paper studied on the holes and grooves defect of the 2A12 aluminium alloy welding lines for FSW, expounded why the defects occurred and what may affect them.
