摘要
用不同的方法,调整1145合金中铁硅比来解决在铝箔实际生产过程中存在的一些技术质量问题。采用提高硅含量并降低铁硅比的措施,可以有效解决铝箔的暗纹、起鼓、伸长率偏低等技术质量问题,满足用户的使用要求。
With different methods to adjust the ratio Fe ： Si of 1145 alloy composition in order to solve some of the existing technical quality problems in actual aluminum foil production. The test result is shown, that with the methods of increased silicon content and decreased Fe： Si, the technical quality problems of dark crinkles, bulge and lower elongation are effectively solved, great satisfied the user＇s requirements.
