摘要
现有配电网结构不尽合理和电源点建设相对不足对电网安全、可靠、经济运行产生了负面影响。以漕河泾开发区10 kV配电网为研究对象,对现有10 kV配网存在的问题及其原因进行了全面分析、查找与总结,并在此基础上提出10 kV配电网的规划方法和项目建设、工询设计、专业技能培养方面的优化措施。在对漕河泾开发区的10 kV配网建设优化的应用中,证实了上述方法和措施在解决10 kV配电网问题时的有效性。
The structure of the current distribution network is not very rational and the power source construction is not quite sufficient, which has exerted negative influence on grid operation. The 10 kV distribution network in Caohejing Development Area was used to analyze the problems and relevant causes of current 10 kV distribution networks. Based on that, optimization measures to improve network planning, construction, field investigation before construction, and skill training are proposed. Application proves these measures effective.
