摘要
对目前在城市电网规划建设中存在的电网规划建设用地困难、城市电网建设与城市其它基础设施建设的矛盾、以及城市电网对环境的影响等问题进行了深入分析,阐述了产生这些问题的根源,并强调指出城市电网规划应该完全纳入城市建设的总体规划中,同时针对城市电网规划建设中存在的问题,得出了具体的解决办法。
This paper makes a thorough analysis of some problems existing in planning and construction of urban power grid. which include the shortage of power grid planning and construction land. the contradiction between urban grid construction and the construction of other urban infrastructure, and the influence of urban grid on environment, etc. It is stressed that the planning of urban grid should be fully incorporated in the general planning of city construction. Countermeasures are also put forward against the problems in planning and construction of urban power grid.
