摘要
人血白蛋白是一种价格昂贵的临床急救药品。针对近期全国各大医院出现的人血白蛋白用药紧张的问题，对我院2006年10-12月住院病人的人血白蛋白临床应用情况进行了分析，从人血白蛋白的用药合理性、药理作用的认识、国家政策法规等方面进行探讨，分析其紧缺的原因。
Human albumin is an expensive specialty pharmaceuticals for clinical emergency treatment. We made analysis of the clinical use of human albumin during October to December in 2006 in our hospital, for its tensive use in hospitals over the country. We discussed from the aspects of rationality of administration, knowledge of pharmacological action, national policies and legals, and analyzed the reasons for the shortage.
