摘要
对低分子右旋糖酐引起的瘙痒进行调查。在随机调查的53个住院病人中有54.7％的患者有此不良反应。瘙痒的发生与年龄、性别关系不大。与以往的有关报道看法不同,笔者认为这不是一种过敏反应,而怀疑与产品质量有关,推测可能是产品的分子量不均匀,大分子太多所致,但尚待验证。
We investigated the patients with pruritus induced by Dextran-40 injection. A-mong the 53 admitted patients selected at random, 54. 7% had the adverse reaction. The occurrence of pruritus showed little relationship with age and sex. Contrary to the previous opinion, we believe this reaction was not of allergic nature and was probably caused by the nonhomogeneous molecular weight and the too many macromolecules in the product. This conjecture needs to be further verified.
