摘要
建立参芪片中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。采用HPLC—ELSD法,色谱柱为大连依利特Hypersil—C18;流动相为乙腈-水(32:68);流速1.0mL·min^-1;漂移管温度为80℃。黄芪甲苷进样量在0.7452-7.452μg范围内,积分值的对数与进样量的对数线性关系良好,r=0.9985,平均回收率97.36%,RSD为2.32%。本方法无干扰,准确、重现性良好,可作为含量控制方法。
To establish a method to determine astragaloside in Shenqi Tablets. HPLC--ELSD was used to determine directly astragaloside on Hypersil C18 column. Using acetonitrile: water (32 : 68) as mobile phase , the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^- 1. The temperature of drift tube for ELSD was 80 ℃. r= 0. 9985. Good linear relation of logA with logW was achieved when the sample size of astragaloside ranged at 0. 7452-7. 452μg. The average recovery of astragaloside was 97.36% , RSD was 2. 32%. The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as the quality control method of shenqi Tablet.
