摘要
目的建立肾康宁片的定量质控方法。方法采用HPLC-ELSD法测定肾康宁片中黄芪甲苷的含量。结果黄芪甲苷进样量在1.036-7.77μg内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.6%,RSD=1.3%（n=11）。结论该方法简便,重复性好,可用于控制肾康宁片的质量。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of dracorhodin in Ba li powder by HPLC.METHODS The analysis was carried out on Hyper Clone BDS C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L^-1 NaH2PO4（35∶65）;Flow-rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1.Detection wave-length was 440 nm.The column temperature was 35℃. RESULTS The method was simple and had a good linear for dracorhodin in the rang of 2.96-14.80 μg·mL-1 and the correlation（r） was 0.999 8.The recovery was 98.54% with RSD 1.36%.CONCLUSION The method is easy to determine the dracorhodin content in Ba li powder.
