摘要
建立用HPLC法测定氨咖黄敏胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚和咖啡因含量的方法。用Kromasil苯基色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-水-三乙氨(20:79:1)(磷酸调pH值3.1),流速:1.0ml·min^-1;检测波长:260nm。线性范围,对乙酰氨基酚:15.1320-35.3080μg,r=0.9998;咖啡因:0.9063-2.1147μg,r=1.0000。平均回收率,对乙酰氨基酚99.45%,RSD=0.53%;咖啡因99.96%,RSD=0.32%。本方法简便、快速、准确,适用氨咖黄敏胶囊含量测定和质量控制。
To establish a HPLC method for the determination the paracetamol and caffeine in Ankahuangmin Capsules. The Kromasil column was used, acetonitrile--water--triethylamine (20 : 79 : 1) (adjust pH to 3.1 with phosphate) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength was 260nm. The linear range: paracetamol was 15. 1320-35. 3080μg (r=0. 9999), caffeine was 0. 9063 -2. 1147μg (r= 1. 0000). The recovery rate: paracetamol was 99.45% (RSD=0.53%), caffeine was 99. 96% (RSD=0.32%). The method is simple and rapid. It can be used for analysis of concentration and quality control of the capsule.
