摘要
职业培训在现代社会中具有重要作用，各国普遍重视职业培训立法。我国目前对职业培训立法主要集中在部门规章和政策性文件上，立法层次较低，无法适应职业培训发展状况，因此需要对职业培训立法加以完善，尽量单项立法。
Vocational training play important role in modern society, all countries in world pay attention to legislation for vocational training. Nowadays, legislation of vocational training in China mainly focus on departmental regulations and policy documents, the legislation level is low, which can＇t adapt to the development of vocational training. Therefore, vocational training legislation should be optimized.
