摘要
我院１９８６年９月～１９９３年９月期间，共为２６７例各期矽（尘）肺患者施行全肺灌洗术。通过对其中可获取的部份资料进行总结、配对研究及随访观察，探讨其远期疗效。初步结果显示：全肺灌洗能减轻病人的症状，延缓矽肺病情的进展。且对早期矽肺施行全肺灌洗更为有效。
rom September 1986 to September 1993,267 patients with stages of silicosis underwent Whole Lung Lavage (WLL) in NanJing Chest Hospital.The records of part patients were available for review and study long term effect of silicosis by WLL.It is concluded that WLL could play an active role in reducing symptoms of patients and preventing further progression of the disease.WLL might be more effective in early stages of silicosis.
