摘要
肺心病Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭是严重威胁患者生命的急症之一。用高频喷射通气(Highfrequency jet ventilation,HFJV)进行急救时应配合气管插管,使用兴奋呼吸中枢等药物和适当调小“通气”工作参数,才能发挥效能,收到病人复苏快合并症少的效果。本组10例病人证实,使用 HFJV 急救安全、简便、有效。
Cor-pulmonale combined with Type Ⅱ of respiratory failure is a serious disease endangering severe patients.It seemed well effective by using high freguency jetventilation(HFJV)with the endotracheal tube in place and bronchodilator therapyand respiratory stimulants as well as agents of decreasing the cardiac prior-after-load.The result demonstrated that HFJV appeared safe,simple and effective in thisstudy of a group of 10 cases.
