摘要
为保障食品安全,建立可追溯系统是有效的解决途径之一。基于食品供应链的可追溯系统机理对产品进行有效标识,利用现代信息技术,运用分布式管理思想,设计一个分布式可追溯系统网络构架。同时阐述该系统的流程和特点,并对可追溯系统的实施提出了一些建设性思考。
Establishing traceability systems is one of the effective approaches to food safety. Based on the traceability mechanism of food supply chain, this paper marks products effectively and designs a distributed architecture of traceability systems using modem information technology and distributed management. The paper presents the process and characteristics of the architecture. Some advices are proposed to actualizing the traceability systems.
