摘要
通过对农产品供应链特点及现状的分析,指出了传统农产品供应链运作模式存在的问题。提出了电子商务环境下的农产品供应链运作模式,说明了该模式的优点。通过南京市淡水产品供应链的实证分析,证明农产品供应链运作模式的有效性和实用性,为我国农产品供应链运作模式的优化、改造提供了参考的建议。
The paper analyses the properties and the actuality of agricultural products supply chain and points out the problems existing in this chain. Then it proposes a supply chain operation mode for agricultural products under electronic commerce and explains the advantages of the mode. It ends with a positive study on an aquatic product supply chain operation mode in Nanjing to illustrate the validity and practicability of the mode. This operation mode provides some valuable suggestions for the optimization and reform of agricultural product supply chain operation mode in China.
