摘要
以TRIZ算法作为理论指导,对风机轮毂进行产品优化设计。以矛盾矩阵的角度重新分析系统冲突特性和设计要求。通过对系统现实资源的分析,选择适应于系统改进的相关发明原则。结合工程学知识开发出可快速更替具有互换性的风机轮毂结构,并阐述了分析过程。
It is crucial to raise the low-stage natural frequency of the placement machine bed, which can improve its structural precision, avoid its resonance and reduce its vibration amplitude. Aiming at each factor influencing on machine bed dynamic performance, model analysis for the machine bed and its improved structure is performed by finite element method. As a result, machine bed structure with low-stage frequency can be effectively improved.
