牛磺酸对神经细胞损伤的保护作用 被引量:5

摘要 神经细胞损伤由多种因素引起,包括缺血缺氧、氧化压力、自由基、低血糖症、代谢毒物以及氨过剩等,损伤机制复杂。牛磺酸是一种β含硫氨基酸,以游离形式存在于神经元内,参与大脑容量调节、神经传递等重要生理功能。具有抗兴奋性氨基酸神经毒性、调节渗透压、保持细胞膜结构完整、调节细胞内Ca2+动态平衡、抗氧化和炎症反应等作用。
