摘要
区域企业创新系统内部各要素之间存在着多重反馈,为了更客观地评估一个区域企业创新系统及其创新能力,引进网络层次分析法,在调查问卷的基础上,分别计算网络层次分析法和传统层次分析法的权重矩阵,并对权重系数进行比较分析.分析结果揭示了传统层次分析法在区域企业创新能力评估上的误区,同时也揭示了提高区域企业创新能力方面需要遵循的几个准则.
Multiple feedbacks exist among various elements of an innovative system. In order to evaluate the innovative system and innovative ability of a regional enterprise more objectively, it applies the analytic network process. Based on the questionnaire, the weight matrixes of the analytic network process and analytic hierarchy process are calculated respectively. Then, through comparison, the scientificness of the analytic network process used for the evaluation of the innovative ability of regional enterprises is verified, and the rules, which must be conformed to in order to improve the innovative ability of the regional enterprises, are revealed.
