摘要
目的探讨大学新生自我和谐与心理健康的关系,为大学新生的心理健康教育与辅导提供新的思路和方法。方法采用“自我和谐量表(SCCS)”和“症状自评量表(SCL-90)”,测试了某大学2007年入学的学生,并进行相关分析。结幂大学新生的自我和谐与心理健康呈显著的正相关(r=0.459),而且不同心理健康水平的大学新生在自我和谐上的得分有显著差异。对大学新生影响最大的是自我与经验的不和谐,其次是自我的灵活性。结论培养大学新生的自我和谐性有助于提高其心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the relationship between freshmen's mental health and self-consistency in order to provide thoughts and methods for their psychological health education and guidance. Methods By using "self-consistency and congruency (SOCS)" and SCL-90, self-consistency and mental health of the year 2007 freshmen of a university were evaluated and analyzed. Results All the factors of self-consistency had significant positive correlation with mental health factors ( r = 0. 459). The scores on selfconsistency were significantly different among different levels of SCL-90. The freshmen' s mental health was most greatly influenced by the disharmony between self and experience, followed by self-flexibility. Conclusion Cultivation of freshmen's self-concordance will improve their psychological health level.
