摘要
采用减压蒸馏,n-d-m,E-d-m和质谱分析方法,分析了沈北原油的6种催化原料:回炼油、焦化蜡油、残蜡(蜡下油)、油浆、渣油和混合原料的馏分组成和烃类组成;用元素分析方法测定了这6种催化原料的一些元素含量;并讨论了不同催化原料原料油组成情况对催化裂化反应的影响。分析测定结果表明,这6种催化原料除渣油外,胶质,沥青质都不高,饱和烃含量较高。芳烃含量除渣油外,其余原料中含量均较低,所以适合作馏分催化裂化原料;渣油用作重油催化裂化原料具有很大潜力。
Six catalytic cracking stocks from SHEABEI oil, which include recycled oil, coker gatch, remaining wax, slurry oil, residual oil and mixed feed, were analyzed by means of vacumn distillation, n-d-m, E-d-M, mass spectrum and elemental analysis. The fraction compositiom, hydrocarbon composition and element content of the six catalytic cracking stocks were determined. The composition of varous catalytic stocks effect on catalytic cracking reaction was discussed. Results show the content of asphateues and resins of all other catalytic stocks, except residual oil were not high ,but the content of saturate hydrocarbon were high. The content of aromatics of the six stocks, except slurry oil, were lower, which were suitable for catalytic cracking stocks. The residual oil can be used for heary catalytic stock and other wide uses.
